Stay cool this summer with our specially designed neck wrap.  Simply soak the dry tie in clean water for about 20 or 30 minutes and it's ready for the day.  "Cool Ties" are great neck wraps or head bands or they can be microwaved for a soothing moist heat pack for those sore aching muscles.  The large plastic bag lets you soak your Cool Tie on the go.
